The Taj Mahal is most magical at sunrise when the light turns the white marble golden-pink and the crowds are thinner. Our tour is timed to arrive at opening (6:00 AM in summer, 6:30 AM in winter) so you experience it at its finest.
No, monument entry tickets are not included. The Taj Mahal entry fee is approx. INR 1,300 for foreign nationals (including the Archaeological Survey of India fee). Your guide will assist you purchasing tickets on the day.
The drive from Delhi to Agra is approximately 200 km and takes 3–3.5 hours by private car via the Yamuna Expressway, depending on traffic. We depart early (around 5:00 AM) to beat city traffic and arrive in Agra in time for sunrise.
Yes! After the Taj Mahal visit, we drive to Mathura (about 58 km from Agra) to visit the Krishna Janmabhoomi temple complex, then to Vrindavan for the Banke Bihari and ISKCON temples. The full day runs approximately 12 hours.
Dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, especially for Mathura and Vrindavan temples. You will be required to remove footwear at temple entrances, so slip-on shoes are recommended. A hat and sunscreen are advisable.
